This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of internal software applications ("Applications") developed and operated by LD Signs LLC, doing business as Lead Dog Signs, a Texas limited liability company operating under Design Ventures Inc. ("Company"), located in Baytown, Texas.
The Applications covered by this Agreement are developed exclusively for internal business operations of the Company. They are not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to the general public or to third parties. Access is restricted to authorized employees, contractors, and designated business partners of the Company.
The Applications may connect to third-party services, including but not limited to Intuit QuickBooks Online, for the purpose of reading, synchronizing, and managing business data. These integrations are used solely to support internal operational workflows such as accounting, invoicing, inventory management, and business reporting.
Where the Applications access third-party platforms via API, they do so with the minimum permissions required for their intended function. Read-only access is used whenever write access is not operationally necessary. The Company does not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained through these integrations.
The Applications are provided on an "as-is" basis for internal use. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the Applications for any particular purpose beyond their intended internal use.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Applications. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for access to the Applications.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Applications following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
